Thanks for being here!

Therapy is a space to get to know yourself more deeply—a process that asks for honesty, vulnerability, and compassion. When we begin to see ourselves fully and make space for our experience, meaningful change can take root.

Pain and struggle are part of the human experience, but your story is deeply personal—and it deserves to be heard and honored. I would be grateful to walk alongside you as you turn inward, meeting your thoughts and emotions with curiosity instead of judgment.

Maybe you’re seeking clarity, yearning to break free from familiar cycles, or ready to face the emotions that have been weighing on you. Whatever brings you here is enough. Devoting even one hour a week to your healing is an act of courage and compassion toward yourself.

My approach is client-centered and grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). ACT is about learning how to be present with your thoughts and feelings—even the hard ones—while also taking steps toward the life you want to live. Together, we’ll practice making room for what shows up inside, while helping you build a life guided by your values.

I work one-on-one with clients from adolescence through adulthood, online or in person. If this resonates, or if you have any questions, send me a message.
